Alovivi is a much loved organic skincare brand from Japan. They knew that young Chinese consumers would also love their products, but needed help breaking in to the competitive Chinese market.
We conducted an indepth market analysis, profiling Alovivi’s target audience and developing a strategy to reach them.
Then we shortlisted all suitable retail channels, establishing relationships with two key domestic beauty stores – Gialen (China’s famous chain beauty boutique, committed to representing the highest quality brands) and Zhong Zhuang You Xuan.
Alovivi is now available in over 10,000 beauty stores across China.
