LAUNCHING THE NEW BYD TANG DM ELECTRIC CAR
Devoted to technological innovations for a better life, BYD are China’s most successful electric car maker.
With the launch of their new Tang DM electric car, they needed to make some noise in the market to get people talking and increase visibility and engagement.
Our China Team started by engaging key local media channels and publishing WeChat articles to introduce the car and get the buzz going.
But we didn’t want to just talk about the benefits, we wanted to show them – so we created compelling video content that the target audience couldn’t help but share.
We handled everything from story line and KOL recruitment, to production and publishing. The video was posted on DouYin (China’s most popular short video platform) and received 950,000 views and over 76,000 shares.
